We are very grateful to you for the gifts you will be sharing as a volunteer minister within our parish community.  It is through your gift of service that we carry out the mission of the Church, to be the living presence of Jesus to each other.  We are called to share the gifts we are given, because we each have a unique role in carrying out God’s plan.  We offer our gifts to build and bring the Body of Christ to its fullest, here at St. Vincent de Paul. Thank you for sharing your gifts with our parish, school, and Church as we all strive to build God’s Kingdom here at St. Vincent de Paul.

All employees, and volunteers who interact with minors, are required to complete and maintain safe environment credentials through the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. 

Existing Volunteer
If you are an existing volunteer in our Parish, please contact Jennifer Kuzma at   [email protected] for assistance so your account can be updated prior to login. 

New Volunteer
If you are NEW to being a volunteer in our Parish, please follow the information below before creating your new VIRTUS account. Reference the New User Guide to walk you through the process. 

Total Time Committment: Approximately 95 Minutes

1. Set aside sufficient time to complete all items without logging out. (Incomplete accounts may result in lost data, requiring you to repeat your setup.)

2. Read and follow the directions on the website in the order presented. (Skipping items, fast-forwarding or backing up may corrupt your account and require you to repeat your assignments.)

• Complete each registration field as presented on the screen
• Complete the Code of Conduct
• Complete the Background Check application (SSN is required) and 123B form (This form must be signed manually vs. electronically. Once completed return to Jennifer.)
• Complete Safe Environment Training (1 Module, approximately 75 minutes)

The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis partners with Canvas Health, an independent and professional local care provider, to offer confidential, compassionate assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 651-291-4497. You are also encouraged to contact the Archdiocese’s Victim Assistance Program at 651-291-4475.
