The Parish Pastoral Council is a consultative body that typically meets monthly to assist the Pastor in his leadership role of planning, organizing, initiating, and reviewing the mission and ministries of the parish. Members are appointed by the Pastor and serve a minimum of a 3-year term in an advisory capacity to the Pastor.

The Parish Finance Council is an advisory body to the Pastor and Trustees and typically meets monthly, but not less than quarterly. Members are appointed by the Pastor and serve a minimum of a 3-year term. Individuals generally have demonstrable skills or expertise in financial management or internal controls and are concerned for the spiritual and financial growth of the parish. The pastor and trustees consult the Parish Finance Council in matters regarding budget, facility planning, policies and procedures, banking relationships, investments, insurance coverage, and audit policy and review.
