An All-Parish Mission occurs when the entire St. Vincent de Paul community gathers to renew, refresh and re-energize our Catholic faith. It is easy to be burdened by the struggles of everyday life. The Parish Mission is a time for us to gather in one place, listen to the inspiring words of a speaker, and pray with and for each other.
St. Vincent de Paul is pleased to announce that we will be holding two One Night Missions this year.
Sunday, November 8 with Deacon Larry Lawinger
Sunday, March 13 with Fr. Nels Gjengdahl
Both One Night Missions will offer free childcare and free programming for children in

Part I of the Parish Mission "Jesus' Motley Crew" was a great success. Bishop Andrew Cozzens joined us for Adoration and a talk on Jesus working through our weakness. It was a wonderful reflection on St. Peter and St. Paul and how God works through their weakness to do great things.
Scripture to remember: Romans 28:8
Quotes From Parishoners:
"'Lord, I'm going to mess this [life] up without you.' Loved that part."
"'Christ's finest hours were when he was weakest.' Tonight was so amazing! We are so blessed!!!!!"
"Loved the story of the sisters of Charity and their confessions. 'I just don't think I'm supposed to be here. I don't like praying. I don't like serving the poor. I'm angry with the other sisters and don't like them very much. I'm getting worse!' 'No... you're the same. Now you just see how awful you really are.' HA! It reminds me of how I feel in my vocation too... It's a sign of growth towards God to KNOW my failings and know I'm a sinner in need of God. Loved that. I needed to hear it."
